Tammang Sathorn-Charoenraj Isaan Vegan ตำมัง สาทร-เจริญราษฎร์ อีสาน เจ มังสวิรัติ วีแกน
The first vegan restaurant in Bangkok to appear in the Michelin Guide, Tammang Sathorn brings Isaan cooking into the plant-based kitchen without losing the funk and fire that make northeastern Thai food what it is. Fermented soybean replaces fish sauce, housemade mock meats stand in for the real thing, and the som tam and kway chap are as good as any in the city. Garlic-free options are available throughout the menu.
