IGNIV Plant-based
Michelin-starred. 18-plate plant-based sharing menu: mango, soft tofu with ponzu, jalapeño, carrot, eggplant, sakura, chestnut, then the Candy Store.
For nine days a year, much of Bangkok cooks jay (เจ). Hotels, Chinese restaurants, chains, cafés and malls add special menus with no meat, egg, dairy or pungent vegetables. This is everything we could confirm for 2026, from Michelin-starred tasting menus to ฿11 sushi.
Most places here are not meat-free kitchens, so they aren't in our directory. They serve their J dishes next to their normal menu, so order from the J list. For kitchens that cook jay all year, see our Vegetarian Festival guide.
J Sold as เจ: no meat, egg, dairy, honey or pungent vegetables, so it's vegan. Vegan A fully vegan restaurant. Plant-based The venue's own wording. Vegetarian The venue only says vegetarian, so ask about egg and dairy.
